Comrade Do Van Cap, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council, quickly announced the key contents of the 10th Conference.

At the Conference, cadres and party members were quickly informed of the key contents of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. Accordingly, the Conference took place from September 18-20, 2024 in Hanoi. The Conference discussed, commented on and reached a high consensus on important contents related to socio-economics and personnel work; approved the basic contents of the draft documents submitted to the 14th Congress; approved the contents of the proposed amendments and supplements to the Party's Election Regulations; agreed to assign the Politburo to direct the reception of the Central Committee's opinions, complete them for timely promulgation. At the same time, it agreed with the Submission, the Summary Report on the personnel work of the 13th Party Central Committee and developed the direction for the personnel work of the 14th Party Central Committee. The Party Central Committee reached a high consensus and basically agreed with the Report on socio-economic development, state budget revenue and expenditure in 2024 and orientation for socio-economic development in 2025; agreed on the investment policy for the North-South high-speed railway project (350km/h), identifying this as a political task and prioritizing investment resources for early implementation; agreed on the policy of establishing Hue city directly under the Central Government; elected additional members of the 13th Central Inspection Committee and a number of other important contents.

Conference Scene

After the Conference, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee requested that Party Committees at all levels under the District Party Committee organize information dissemination of the Conference results to Party members of the Party cells, thereby leading agencies and units to effectively implement the Resolution of the 10th Central Conference. Party cells focus on successfully completing the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term and well preparing for the work of Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.
