On the evening of August 30, 2024, at the Lac Dao village cultural house, the Phu Yen Provincial Ethnic Committee organized a Cultural Exchange program associated with propaganda and dissemination of laws in 2024.
Mr. Phan Cong Thang - Chairman of the Commune People's Committee spoke at the cultural and artistic exchange session.
The program aims to raise awareness and sense of law compliance, change the marital behavior of ethnic minorities to reduce the situation of early marriage and incestuous marriage; create consensus in society in preventing early marriage and incestuous marriage, contributing to improving the quality of population and human resources of ethnic minorities in Son Thanh Tay commune.
The program included 7 performances, skits and national costume performances, all of which were elaborately staged and performed with artistic quality, attracting a large number of local people to watch and cheer enthusiastically, leaving many deep impressions and joy in the hearts of the audience.
The content of legal propaganda has been dramatized through skits, with the theme of propaganda on gender equality, prevention of domestic violence... performed by non-professional actors and the masses.
Through the program, it contributes to improving the cultural and spiritual life and legal awareness of the people. This is also an activity to propagate and mobilize people under the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development of Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas in 2024 in Son Thanh Tay Commune.
